Here is our first Math activity! It’s a set of word problems designed to enhance students’ problem-solving skills through the enchanting world of unicorns! Our “Unicorn Math Challenge” activity offers an exciting twist to traditional math practice by incorporating whimsical math word problems into the curriculum.

In this activity 3rd-grade students delve into the magical realm of unicorns while reinforcing essential math concepts such as counting, addition, and multiplication. Moreover, since the Unicorn is the national animal of Scotland, we’ve incorporated this aspect into our Scotland In The Class celebration unit across the board!  By integrating this cultural connection, students not only enjoy the magical theme but also gain a broader appreciation for Scotland’s heritage and symbolism.
